SideOut is a free app by Flux Developments ("we", "us") for organising recreational sports sessions: generating balanced teams, keeping score, and running casual tournaments. By using the app you agree to these terms.
You may use SideOut for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any unlawful way. Names and details you enter for other players are your responsibility — enter only information you have permission to use.
Everything you create in SideOut (profiles, sessions, results) is stored on your own device and belongs to you. We have no access to it.
SideOut is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Team balancing, scores, statistics, and tournament scheduling are provided for casual, recreational use — we make no guarantee of accuracy and the app is not intended for officiating competitive sport.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app, including loss of data stored on your device or disputes arising from team selection (settle those on the court).
The SideOut name, logo, and app design are the property of Flux Developments. These terms don't grant you any rights to use them outside the app.
We may update the app and these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
